These terms and conditions establish the procedure and conditions for purchasing catalytic converters and DPF filters.
1. Evaluation and Prices
The initial evaluation by code or photos is indicative. The final price is determined during the physical inspection based on the actual weight, condition of the catalytic converter, and the market prices of precious metals (palladium, platinum, rhodium) at the time of the transaction.
2. Income Tax (GPM)
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, selling scrap metal or car parts is subject to Personal Income Tax (GPM). Since we pay the 5% GPM tax to the state for you, you do not need to worry about this additionally.
3. Documentation
To formalize the purchasing transaction, the seller must provide an identity document. The purchase is executed by signing a purchase-sale agreement in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Delivery Terms
If the catalytic converter is sent via parcel locker, we cover the shipping costs or they are deducted from the final price as pre-agreed. The money is transferred only after checking the contents of the shipment.
